Pandora aimed to connect with hip-hop fans during Grammy Week by creating a buzzworthy event. Partnering with TRAP Karaoke, the goal was to deliver a dynamic concert experience that celebrated music and culture while engaging fans authentically.

THE SOLUTION

In partnership with TRAP Karaoke, we brought Grammy Week to life with a vibrant celebration of Hip-Hop, offering fans an interactive and unforgettable live music experience. Attendees took the stage themselves, while surprise performances from stars like City Girls, Flipp Dinero, Ty Dolla $ign, The-Dream, and Soulja Boy created a thrilling mix of audience participation and star power.
To bring this to fruition, we crafted a compelling B2B sales narrative and cultivated key partnerships, securing major sponsorships from Boost Mobile and Reese’s. We spearheaded sponsorship strategy, creative ideation, and project management, aligning advertisers with the event’s energy and cultural significance to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

Secured $1M in brand sponsorship revenue, including partnerships with Boost Mobile and Reese’s.

Drew a sold-out crowd of 800 attendees, delivering an immersive and memorable experience.
Generated 28.4M social media impressions, amplifying the event’s reach and impact.
